Coaching approach for Leaders is a program designed for managers, providing practical tools to contribute to your personal growth, and especially that of your team and organization. Through theory and coaching practice, you will acquire tools to enhance your team members’ ability to act independently by taking more responsibility for their actions and opportunities in the workplace. A coaching leadership approach results in self-motivated employees who have a better rapport with you as their leader, the workplace, and their tasks. Following the program, you will feel empowered to coach and lead your team in their daily activities, promoting autonomy and fostering a trusting work environment.

Instructor
Lars Sjödin, with over 20 years of experience as an educator and consultant for individuals, groups, and organizations. Currently, he primarily focuses on leadership and group development, values work, coaching, and education.  He has also trained many of Sweden’s leading sports fgures in performance psychology and leadership.

Magnus Quensel, PCC Coach, entrepreneur, mathematician, and behavioral scientist who has traveled the world. Magnus has a strong foundation in positive psychology, Flow, and the mental training found in mindfulness. He has worked with and within several leadership teams.
