Explore who you are as a leader and how to enhance your self-leadership. Learn to set clear, measurable goals and develop strategies to elevate team performance.
Module 2 – Sustainable Leadership & Destructive Behaviors
Identify harmful leadership patterns. Discover how to shift behaviors and create a leadership style that promotes long-term wellbeing and results.
Module 3 – Empathetic Leadership & Self-Awareness
Gain insights into how psychological safety influences performance and how empathetic leadership can strengthen communication and decision-making.
Module 4 – Power Dynamics, Limiting Beliefs & Coaching Leadership
Learn to identify and address power plays, work through limiting beliefs, and apply a coaching approach to empower your team.
Module 5 – Leadership Contract, Leading Change & High-Performing Teams
Craft your personal leadership agreement and develop strategies for navigating change and building resilient, high-performing teams through psychological safety.
Course Leader:
Katarina is the CEO and an Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership and personal development. For the past five years, she has dedicated herself fully to helping teams reach high performance through psychological safety.
She previously served as CEO of a European company operating in 13 countries and part of a global group spanning five continents. Over two decades in a fast-growing industry, she and her team expanded the business from one country to a strong presence across the Nordics and nine additional European markets.
With a deep understanding of organizational change and group dynamics, Katarina now supports leaders in cultivating high-performing, psychologically safe teams.
