Certified Fearless Practitioner is the certification for those who want to work with psychological safety in organizations using an evidence-based approach.

During the training, you will learn how to use The Fearless Organization Scan™, a research-based assessment tool developed by Bright Instruments and grounded in Professor Amy C. Edmondson’s research on psychological safety.

This is also the first step in the Trust Go Grow® methodology and the foundation for those who want to continue their journey toward becoming a Trust Go Grow® Trainer.
