Certified Fearless Practitioner is the certification program for professionals who want to work with psychological safety in organizations using an evidence-based approach.

During the program, you will learn how to use The Fearless Organization Scan™, a research-based measurement tool developed by Bright Instruments and grounded in the work of Professor Amy C. Edmondson on psychological safety.

This certification is also the first step in the Trust Go Grow® methodology and serves as the foundation for those who wish to continue their journey to become a Trust Go Grow® Facilitator.
